Official Rules & Terms and Conditions

1. Sponsor
The FMCo November 2026 Influencer Giveaway ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by First Manufacturing Inc., doing business as FMCo NY ("Sponsor" or "FMCo").

2. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins November 6, 2026, at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends November 23, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in their state.
Employees, officers, directors, agents, and immediate family or household members of Sponsor, its affiliates, participating influencers, and promotional agencies are not eligible.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. How to Enter
Visit https://fmcony.com/win during the Sweepstakes Period and complete the official entry form with your full name, valid email address, and selection of one participating influencer's drawing pool.
You may enter through either:
- A participating influencer's unique referral link or code; or
- The free entry option on the official giveaway page, where you may select any participating influencer's drawing pool without a referral link or code.
Both methods are free and receive equal treatment. No purchase, payment, social media follow, like, share, or comment is required.
5. Entry Limit
Limit one (1) entry per person for the entire Sweepstakes Period, regardless of entry method, email address, or referral code used.
If duplicate entries are identified, only the first valid, timestamped entry will count. Once submitted, an entry's selected influencer drawing pool cannot be changed.
Entries must be submitted personally. Automated, fraudulent, or unauthorized third-party entries will be disqualified.
6. Separate Influencer Drawings
Fourteen (14) participating influencers will each have a unique referral link or code and a separate drawing pool.
After the Sweepstakes closes, Sponsor will verify and organize valid entries into their respective pools. One (1) winner will be randomly selected from each pool containing at least one valid entry.
A maximum of fourteen (14) winners will be selected, with no more than one winner per influencer's pool. An entrant may participate in only one pool and win only one prize.
No prize will be awarded from a pool with no valid entries. Drawings will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated administrator using a random selection process.
7. Prizes
Fourteen (14) prizes are available, each consisting of one (1) faux leather jacket.
Each winner may choose:
- One men's or women's faux jacket;
- Their preferred available size; and
- Their preferred available color.
All selections are subject to availability.
Sponsor will cover standard shipping within the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If a selected jacket becomes unavailable, Sponsor may substitute a jacket of equal or greater approximate retail value, subject to applicable law.
8. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected through separate random drawings on or about November 25, 2026.
Potential winners will be contacted by email using the address provided during entry. Winners must respond within seven (7) days of the notification email and complete any required eligibility verification, including providing valid identification if requested.
If a potential winner does not respond, is found ineligible, or fails to complete verification, Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the same influencer's drawing pool.
Verified winners will receive instructions for selecting their jacket and arranging delivery.
9. Odds of Winning
Odds depend on the number of eligible entries in the applicable influencer's drawing pool. Each pool is separate, and entries in one pool do not affect the odds in another.
10. Publicity
Where permitted by law, Sponsor may announce winners using their first and last names. Any additional use of a winner's photograph, video, likeness, or testimonial will require appropriate consent where required by law.
11. Privacy
Personal information collected will be used to process entries, verify eligibility, administer the Sweepstakes, contact winners, fulfill prizes, and prevent fraud.

Entry into the Sweepstakes does not require consent to receive promotional emails or text messages. Any marketing subscriptions must be optional and separately consented to.
12. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries involving fraud, manipulation, unauthorized automated activity, or violations of these Official Rules.
Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel the Sweepstakes if circumstances beyond its reasonable control compromise its integrity or proper administration, subject to applicable law.
Sponsor will not arbitrarily disqualify valid entries or fail to award prizes as offered.
13. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, participating influencers, promotional agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and representatives from claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of a prize, except where prohibited by law.
Nothing in these Official Rules waives rights that cannot legally be waived.
14. Instagram Disclaimer
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.
By entering, participants release Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. from responsibility and liability relating to this Sweepstakes to the extent permitted by law. Participants understand that their information is being provided to FMCo, not Instagram or Meta.
15. Governing Law
These Official Rules will be interpreted under applicable United States and state laws, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws and applicable jurisdictional requirements.
