Return and Exchange Policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be: 

• In the same condition you received it 
• Unworn or unused 
• Attached with original tags 
• In its original packaging 

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at care@fmcony.com or call us at +1-212 624-2421 ext. 212 or email care@fmcony.com.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard refunds unless there was an error with the original order. 

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please contact us to request the exchange and ship the original product back to us. Items must include their original labels and packaging. 

• Your responsibility: You cover the cost of shipping the original item back to us. 
• Our responsibility: We will cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement item to you once your return is inspected and approved.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can correct the issue. In these instances, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and arrange for a complimentary replacement or refund. 

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items are excluded from our return policy and cannot be returned or exchanged. These include: 

• Gift cards 
• Bundle deals
• Special promotions (Final Sale) 
• Free gifts
• Custom or personalized products (such as special orders)
